Your New Salary:        £11p/h

Duration:                  3 months initially maybe longer

Location:                  Central London

Who You'll Be Working for: A world leader in jewellery and watch making.

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

  • To be involved in the support of logistics projects (AEO certification, new brand integrations, process improvements)
  • Support the Team in the update of the Internal procedures (SOP)
  • To prepare shipping documents and support on import/export management including correct application of ATA carnet and CITES documentation
  • To support transport management activities for both Retail, Wholesale and After Sales
  • To support domestic promotional activities such as Photoshoots, Events, PR with dedicated services
  • To support on light physical activities for inbound and outbound shipments including quality checks and goods receipts
  • Ensure accurate stock management, including supporting inventories as required

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Some logistics or foreign trade experience
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Organized, flexible, pragmatic with great respect for confidentiality
  • Language: English, French is an advantage but not necessary for the role
  • Computer/Systems skills: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Data Processing; SAP knowledge would be a plus
