Summary:

The role encompasses both HR operation and projects which will span across: recruitment and selection, employee relations, learning & development, reward and resourcing.

What you'll be doing each day:

• Responsible for the overall recruitment of local and overseas offices in European regions across multiple roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
• Manage the recruitment budget from job advertising to placing throughout the talent acquisition process
• Work closely with the hiring managers and HR Administrator to ensure candidates are progressed in a timely manner and ensure selection interviewing, offer and on boarding is managed effectively
• Advise line managers on all ER issues such as performance management, grievances and disciplinaries
• Be the first point of contact for HR queries and handle employee requests to maintain good workplace relations
• Work with HR projects as well as some employee benefit and reward administration
• Support learning and development inititiatives and activities
• Maintain & update HR procedures, policies and employment contracts across European regions
• Support the review and creation of HR policies and procedures in line with legislation
• Perform any other duties as may reasonably be required


The skills you need to succeed:

• Be highly articulate with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both written and spoken (Chinese language skill is highly preferred)
• CIPD qualified is preferred
• Degree holder of HRM or Business Management related majors
• Proven track record of delivering HR within a complex, commercial, challenging business environment in private sector
• Successful track record in sourcing candidates at all levels from in-house recruitment environment
• Driven by deadlines and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing techniques in digital / social media including online job advertising and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Good multi-tasking skills, well-organized with the ability to prioritize
