Your New Job Title: Cantonese speaking Customer Service Representative (Debit Card)

Your New Salary:    £20-22k                        

Status: 12 months Maternity Cover, possibly go permanent              

Location: Central London

What you'll be doing each day:

    • To provide debit card service to customers and perform relevant processes for the Bank according to the prevailing policies and procedures.
    • To collect feedback from debit card customers for the Bank.
    • To detect debit card fraudulent activities and report to the Bank in a timely manner. 
    • To safely and securely maintain and handle debit card customer information retained by the Bank. 
    • To act as the  point of contact between the Bank and the Third Party Card Service Provider; assist the Bank in managing its business relationship with the Provider as appropriate.

The skills you need to succeed: 


    • Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage
    • University graduate.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Detail-oriented, hardworking and responsible.
    • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
    • Proficient in MS Office including Excel and Word.


A minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in the banking industry.
