Your New Job Title:                  Corporate Customer Support - Corporate Banking (Japanese speaker)

The Skills You'll Need:              Corporate bank, CMS, cash management, KYC, back office, Japanese

Your New Salary:                    Salary: £27,000 - 33,000

Location:                              The City, London

Who You'll Be Working for:      Major corporate bank operating globally.

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

  • Providing quality customer support on dealing and various banking products and to respond to any enquiries including GCMS.
  • To support account managers with data & information management requirements.
  • Data input and processing
  • Data and information management, including the sorting and filing of documentation
  • Providing management information, such as record data or market data in relation to the customer dealings, as required.
  • Know Your Customer practices for anti-money laundering
  • To provide cover in colleagues’ absence
  • Ad hoc duties as allocated by the Head of Customer Support
  • To support Middle Office Administration

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Previous experience in the Banking Industry
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Japanese language skills
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Basic PC literacy
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
  • Customer focused work experience

Job status:                  Fixed Term Contract

Start date:                  ASAP
