If you are an employer wondering why you can't fill your vacancies, this graph from the ONS shows why. There are more vacancies in the UK now than at any point since 2002. More than ever it's a candidate market; so, if you're not offering a better company culture, better career opportunities and better salaries, your vacancies will stay unfilled.
