Job Title:  Japanese speaking Travel Account Executive - Group & Marketing Department - TOKYO

The Skills You'll Need: JLPT N1 or N2, sales, travel, hospitality

Your New Salary: JPY 235,000 per month + commuting allowance + bonus twice a year

Location:  Tokyo, Japan

5 days office work

Permanent/ Full-time

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Work Visa:  Company will sponsor work visa in Japan

This is an entry level position in Tokyo based role. The company will support for providing visa to live and work in Japan!

 

What You'll be Doing:

  • Selling/organising group packages and MICE products to clients
  • Prepare action plans and identify specific targets
  • Present and sell services to current and potential clients
  • Create travel plans in accordance with client’s requirement
  • Research the best option for the hotels, where to visit and what/where to eat etc
  • Take quotations for flights, entertainment and events, accommodation, meeting rooms, transfer etc
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations and sales contracts
  • Follow up potential clients to receive the order
  • Negotiation with suppliers to meet the clients’ needs

 

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English and Japanese (Japanese N1 or N2)
  • Experience in the hospitality industry (ideally travel industry)
  • Presentations skills using Power Point, Excel or Word
