What You'll be Doing Each Day:
- Ensure that all facilities are established within a standardised control framework including syndicated, bilateral and sub-participated loans, to enable accurate loan administration outcomes and post-lending management.
- Responsible for the agency/bilateral/sub-participation deals related administrative work: drawdown/rate fixing/fee notices, email circulation, obtain certain approval as per internal procedure, and deal with any queries from internal or external to ensure the effective management and delivery of credit business.
- Ensure that minimum requirements for drawdown sign-off are achieved prior to disbursement (i.e., facility agreement are executed, credit approval is in place, Conditions Precedent are satisfied, and utilisation requests are valid).
- Monitor and reconcile the commitment fee on-going basis.
- Coordinate with Front Office for any requirement from client or agent bank on daily basis.
- Monitor incoming emails, file archiving, circulation and diary on daily basis to ensure the daily loan administrative work are completed in timely and accurate fashion.
- Monitor the late payment (including principal, interest, fee etc.) and reconcile with back office on monthly basis.
- Maintain and update the loan database (daily portfolio report) based on the agent notice and back-office report to ensure the internal system booking and daily portfolio report are accurate and consistent.
- Managed to process the transaction in the credit system -GCMS, such as drawdown, rollover, and interest fixing, E-permit etc.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Experience of working on Bilateral and Sub part loans;
- Experience of working on Agency deal role;
- Have experience of working in similar capacity bank over 5 years;
- Conscientious approach with strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work under minimal supervision;
- Ability to deliver under strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and quality;
- System skills: Microsoft Excel and Word to intermediate / advanced level;
- English fluent. Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
