Deputy Director of Sales and Marketing - What You'll be Doing:

  • The Deputy Director of Sales and Marketing will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales and Marketing Director by overseeing both the sales and marketing teams. This position is responsible for driving and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, expanding the client database, enhancing brand awareness, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, in-depth market insight, and a proven track record in sales and marketing management. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management to create and implement plans that align with the company's objectives.
  • KPI Management: Manage and evaluate sales and marketing team KPIs.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, secure stakeholder approval for budgets and plans, and manage the annual budget. Plan and execute campaigns through local and international media, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Daily Operations: Supervise daily sales and marketing activities, including lead generation, face-to-face meetings, contract negotiations, and team training.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly performance reports on marketing and sales to senior management.
  • PR and Brand Awareness: Oversee project and corporate PR activities to enhance brand awareness.
  • Design Study and Pricing Strategy: Contribute to pricing strategy, and advise on future development specifications, amenities, and layout design based on survey of buyers and market research to improve saleability and drive sales revenue.
  • Sales Policy: Contribute to internal policies in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Director.
  • Marketing Collateral Development: Create marketing materials such as brochures, films, websites, and EDM cards, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Online Presence: Manage online projects and corporate websites, focusing on content development and lead generation.
  • Process Management: Ensure accurate processing, distribution, and follow-up of all sales and marketing correspondence, including contracts and payments, utilizing CRM systems for tracking and database management.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis, monitoring competitor performance and sales activities.
  • Bulk Transactions Support: Assist in the origination and execution of bulk transactions.

Deputy Director of Sales and Marketing - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing team.
  • Good working experience in a similar role in property development is a must.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a sales team and report to stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and legislation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
