Job Title: Assistant to Senior Officer

The Skills You'll Need: office admin/P.A type support experience, minute taking experience

have experience of taking meeting minutes;

have good executive support experience and

have good MS skills – PowerPoint, Word and Excel;

Assistant to Senior Officer– OA and Support - What You'll be Doing:

Key responsibilities include comprehensive Document Circulation Management, Executive Support, and related Systems Management.

  • EMC Secretariat: Serve as the EMC secretary, organizing weekly EMC meetings and recording meeting minutes.
  • Document Circulation Management: ensure timely and efficient document circulation.
  • Executive Support: provide the day-to-day administrative support for EMC.
  • Application Systems Management: Oversee the administration of pertinent application systems.
  • Administrative and Executive Tasks: Undertake administrative and executive responsibilities as assigned.
  • Ad Hoc Assignments: Handle miscellaneous tasks as needed.
  • To cover the responsibilities of other colleagues during their absence if required to do so.
  • To carry out ad hoc assigned by supervisors.

 

Assistant to Senior Officer– OA and Support - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Educated to a Degree level (preference in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing or MBA)
  • Experience in executive support work
  • Open minded and positive attitude
  • Be comfortable and flexible in a challenging and ever-changing environment
  • Self-driven with a high level of autonomy and a team player simultaneously
  • Preferred solid work experience in report drafting (both Chinese and English)
  • Preferred solid work experience in minutes taking
  • Strong new technologies skills (PPT, Word, Excel, Zoom, Teams etc.)
