Your New Job Title: Customer Operations Administrator

The Skills You'll Need:  Customer Service, SAP, Advanced Excel, Order Processing

Your New Salary:  £13 - 20 per hour (Equivalent of £25-39k pa)

Location:  Newcastle

Duration: Long-term temporary assignment until 30/06/2025

Job status:  Hybrid, 2 days in the office a week (Tue/Wed), 3 at home

Working hours:  37.5 h per week/ Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm

Customer Operations Administrator - Main responsibilities:

  • Managing customer accounts.
  • Processing customer orders on SAP.
  • Uploading manual orders.
  • Running reports on Excel.
  • Handling stock discrepancies.
  • Working on customer claims.
  • dealing with refused deliveries.

 

Customer Operations Administrator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Order processing experience.
  • SAP experience.
  • Excellent Excel skills i.e. Pivot Tables.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Fantastic customer service skills.
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem solving and decision making.
  • Being able to meet and work towards tight deadlines.
