Your New Job Title: Mandarin speaking Customer Claim Specialist - Reading

To be successful in this role our client has said it is essential that candidates:

• are fluent in Mandarin
• have degree in accounting or finance related field

What You'll be Doing:

• Maintaining the data of customer insurance and updating receivable and receipt information on insurance portal;
• Managing and updating sales policy in an internal system on a regular basis;
• Checking claims from customers and collecting required information for manager’s review;
• Communicating with sales team and customers for any claim issue
• Issuing credit notes via an internal system

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field preferred
• Working experience with similar job preferred
• Fluent in English
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Great attention to details
• Proficient in Excel and skilled with most of functions
• Self-motivated but equally work well in a team setting
