An international logistics-related manufacturer is seeking a manager to lead the establishment of its operations in Japan.

Japanese Speaking Operations Manager - What You'll be Doing:

• Develop and execute operational plans to enhance the efficiency of branch operations.
• Oversee daily logistics, supply chain management, and financial management.
• Lead and manage a diverse team, ensuring motivation and professional development.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with the global team to leverage resources and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Japanese regulations and corporate policies.

 Japanese Speaking Operations Manager - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Mother Tongue Level Japanese, fluent in English
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage operational tasks effectively with good problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
