Your New Job Title: Italian speaking Customer Service Logistics & Sales Support
The Skills you'll use each day: Fluent in Italian and English, previous import/export/logistics, customer service & sales support experience.
Your New Salary:    To £22k    
           
Your Working time:  Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6pm.

Who you'll be working for:
My client is the licensed brand for one of the most well-known names in the global automotive and luxury industries.
What you'll be doing each day:
·deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically
·respond promptly to customers inquiries
·handle and resolve customers complaints
·direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
·obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
·provide pricing and delivery information
·perform customers verifications, set up new customers accounts and maintain customers databases
·process orders, forms, applications and requests
·preparing export documents, letters and reports.
·organising and attend meetings, events and national and international exhibitions
The skills you need to succeed:
·business related degree or equivalent job experience.
·minimum 1 or 2 years’ experience in the same position.
·experience in import and export documents (packing list, legalized invoices, certificate of origin, FDA, etc)
·good communications skills
·fluent English and Italian. A third European language (Spanish or French) would be highly appreciated .
·competent computer skills - Excel, Word and Power Point
·good numeracy skills
·well-presented, polite and tactful
·genuine interest in helping customers
·ability to work as part of a team
·patience and calmness under pressure
·ability to handle complaints and difficult situations
