" planning, establishing and validating the company's quality management system, supervising the implementation of the quality management system; formatting the basic management rules and regulations, implement the rules and working procedures of the company to ensure the company efficiency.
" Bachelor Degree or above
" Fluent Mandarin & English speaking and writing
" Years' experience in telecom industry as a senior manager
" Good leadership, planning skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
