Your New Daily rate:  up to £13.05 per hour (equivalent to £25K pa, going up to £14.85 after 3 months - equivalent of £29K pa)

Who you'll be working for:
Our client is a well-known FTSE100 FMCG business who is looking for a Marketing Content Expert to support Marketing contents for Nordics market category as one of the most critical business drivers and impacts the effectiveness of our marketing spend to fuel business growth. Primary packaging, Customization artwork & E-Content are all critical communication tools at Zero, First & 2nd Moment of Truth.  They communicate our product benefits & usage instructions to consumers to fuel growth and importantly to meet regulatory standards.
Hence it is critical for all brands and markets to ensure usage of correct and holistic marketing content across all touchpoints in the respective languages.  Providing accurate local claims & regulatory elements on time is key to ensure content quality and avoid any QI / SQI. 
What you'll be doing each day:
Translations:
Working with SMO GPS / SMO Legal to secure master claims are valid and applicable in the SMO (upon receipt of BFO/RBU English claims from the Category Artwork Copy Expert)
Ensure that all marketing content (Artwork, e-Content) is correctly translated in respective languages and approved.
Working with translation agency or creative agency to obtain ‘on equity’ translations that will be used for the local marketing copy and e-Content
Owns translation agency relationship and make them accountable for the quality of the work provided to the SMO.
Artwork:
Owns CPS for Local Copy Process and ensures this is synchronized with the artwork CPS.
Inputs, feedbacks and approves Artwork in epadex/RTA. In Markets with Proof-readers MCE feedbacks into translation systems and then approves with proof-reader. In the translation process, the P and the E (in ePadex/RTA) is the SMO ACE, the A is SMO Mktg and the Cs are SMO GPS & SMO Legal.
Uploads and approves the Local Copy for marketing elements and approves it at Final Artwork approval stage in ePadex/RTA.
Owns CPS for Customisation projects
Leads artwork approval process with Customisation team
E-Content:
work on local and regional e-Content by owning development & input and ensures this is synchronized with BU e-Content CPS. (P for local SKUs)
Develops local SMO content with Translation agency of new local skus if needed (for new descriptions / SKUs)
Provides overall content feedback (fit-for-use requirements) based on brand and e-Retailer market knowledge.

Leadership/direction:
Trains SMO functions (mainly SMO Marketing, SMO Legal and SMO GPS) on the translation process and their respective roles and responsibilities as part of artwork and e-Content process.
Trains translation agency on local specifics on brand guidelines and portfolio, product
Complexity / impact of decisions:
being accountable for the Quality results and Right The First Time / On Time results on all contents. Conducts thorough gap analysis on a monthly basis and make recommendations for process improvement.
The skills you need to succeed:
Technical expertise:
Acts as a project manager on local artwork copy process and SMO-led customization artwork and e-Content processes with operational discipline and focuses on priorities.
Strong product and SMO knowledge - Category, Brands, Line-up, Language Clusters, local e-Retailer needs, Equity, Glossary
Is knowledgeable about the artwork and e-Content processes, claim alignment procress and overall copy process (RBU/SMO)
Is qualified in the ePADEx/RTA and eContent Database/WebCollage functionality, knows the ePADEX/RTA support model, how to screen basic questions and escalate issue.
Good Word, Excel, Internet/Intranet tools, e-mail communication, My Purchase are desirable
Expertise in Gap-analysis, root-cause and develop Corrective and Preventive Actionplans. Is knowledgeable in the Quality Incident Elemination methodology and Quality Incident Classification & Reporting.
Communication:
Lead meetings effectively, good writing skills to provide clear direction to others, communicate with external agencies and internally
Ownership/accountability and “CAN DO” attitude is a must.
Ability to work independently as well as with a remotely located team
Great collaborator and leadership skills to work with a wide range of stakeholders and to set/manage expectations, improve artwork and e-Content quality and speed. Proactively identify issues and develop efficient solutions.
Stress-resistant when working on various brands and projects.
Discipline to work on multiply tasks and comply to complex processes
