Job Title: Mandarin speaking Web Designer
Skills: Fluent Mandarin Degree/Post grad related qualification on Web Designer or related subject
Salary: £22k - £26k depending on experience
Key requirements for the role:
o Design an extensive range of company media
o This is a full-time postto develop, update and maintain the London website and other group websites.
o A subsidiary element of the role is the design of printed and other materials on an ad-hoc basis including brochures, banners and magazine formats.
o The nature of the work requires good English and Mandarin skills.
o Strong technical and creative skills are essential.
o There is a requirement for liaising with the China Web Team when necessary, as well as external bodies.
o A ability to create digital design including UI, amination and video, and use software including Dreamweaver, Sublime, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, AutoCAD, Solidworks and 3ds Max.
o A highly commercial approach to turning good strategy into great execution.
o A good level of understanding of the UK real estate market, from a Developer's perspective.
To assist the Global Communications Director in the development of the Communications strategy, including:
o Assist the Global Communication Director in devising communications strategies predominantly in the UK and China markets , although activities in other markets are also likely. b)
Advising the Global Communication Director on the use of social media predominantly in the UK and China markets, although activities in other markets are also likely and therefore this will also be encompassed within this role.
o CommunicationsDevelopment Activities a)
Keeping abreast of technological developments. b)
Assisting the Global Communications Director, as required, in producing all relevant reporting information, to allow the Company to have full awareness of the communications output and potential opportunities. c)
Reporting directly to the Global Communication Director. A focus of the role is to assist the Global Communications Director in all matters d)
Assisting the Global Communication Director with writing for the web, PR or blogging to both the UK and Chinese markets and other media channels e)
Communicating and solving issues during the digital production, logistic and final distribution processes of press releases and media related publications across all platforms f)
Performing administrative duties associated with printing and distribution operations g)
Creating Chinese copy and content, covering a wide variety of topics dependent upon company's activities h)
Managing branding including LOGO, business cards, hoardings, season's greetings cards, e-card
