Status: Permanent
Salary: £50,000 - £57,000 per annum
Work hour: Mon to Fri, 9:00 – 17:00 (Hybrid 3 days at office)
Start: ASAP

Our client is looking for a Japanese speaking General Payment Manager or Assistant Manager who has considerable experience of general accounts work. 

Japanese speaking General Payment Manager or Assistant Manager - Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the smooth and efficient operations in the General Payments Department and to administer, analyse and report on the utilisation of the expenses budgets approved by Head Office. 
  • In conjunction with the Head of department and Senior Manager of the department to prepare and apply for the general expense budget.
  • To administer day-to-day expense payments.
  • To be responsible for the efficient operation of the general payments accounts.
  • To carry out research and undertake analysis of accounts as required.
  • To carry out such other duties as requested by the General Manager.
  • To make recommendations on ways of improving systems and the service provided.
  • To make reports as required internally and by Head Office.

Japanese speaking General Payment Manager or Assistant Manager - Requirements:

  • Have considerable experience of general accounts work.
  • Accounting qualification preferrable (ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
  • Japanese Language is preferrable.
