Mandarin speaking Program Manager - What You'll be Doing:
- Work on the initiation and product building of several tech projects in Africa region.
- Conduct research on relevant policies, market/industry trends and competitive landscapes for product strategy.
- Define scope, effort, resources, and timelines for project delivery. Empower and drive teams to deliver against commitments.
- Planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting on ac/vi/es across multiple locations to deliver key project performance indicators efficiently.
- Work closely with adjacent functional groups such as Engineering, Product Management, Legal and Opera/ons.
- Have strong interpersonal skills, a ‘can-do’ attitude and be a collaborative member within the opera/ons team.
Mandarin speaking Program Manager - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from accounting, economics, finance, law, science and engineering and other related departments
- Possess strong communication skills, professional research skills and teamwork skills to harmonise with peers, senior management, project players, and customers, and can cooperate with irregular overseas business trips
- At least 2 years of experience and proven track records in project management, product strategy or projects leading within multi-disciplinary and diverse groups in a tech or highly regulated industry
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Experience working with different cultures, and strong intercultural and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives and external business partners
- Strong numerate and analytical skills
- A self-starter attitude with a willingness to commit to delivering the required results
