Lettings Administrator (Japanese speaker) - What You'll be Doing:

• Sales support and general real estate administration related to lettings
• Drawing up tenancy agreements/Landlord contracts and assisting negotiators with lettings documents
• Preparation of invoices, and other documents related to contracts
• Emailing responding to inquiries, liaising with contractors including in house maintenance
• Assisting Inventories, releasing and protecting tenant deposits
• Complaint with GDPR and data protection

Lettings Administrator (Japanese speaker) - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Japanese business level (both in written and spoken)
• Previous administrative experience within Property that's an added bonus
• Strong admin background
• Excellent customer service skills
