Japanese Speaking  HR Assistant - What You'll be Doing:

• Provide support in visa sponsorship processes and UK visa operations
• Conduct financial tasks, including calculations, postings, and payments related to payroll and departmental operations
• Support payroll and allowances for Japanese expatriates in select European countries
• Carry out additional administrative duties essential for team operations
• Promote GDPR compliance and updates within the department

Japanese Speaking  HR Assistant - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Fluent in English and Japanese
• Strong communication skills
• Competent in using MS EXCEL
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment and handling confidential information
