Job Title:          Accessories Sourcing Administrator (Temporary)

Location:          Central London

The Role

To effectively and efficiently drive the raw material stock management activity for raw material/trim procurement to maximise utilisation, reduce waste and execute inventory strategy required for the support of effective supplier relationships in line with Supply Chain Finance requirements.

  • Collate and monitor all raw material stock and ensure stock reported is accurate at all time
  • Ensure stock management systems are kept up to date
  • Report on type, location, value, volume and age to business stakeholders
  • Co-ordinate swatch board collection from mills/tanneries/vendors. 
  • Validate and audit stock at locations in line with audit requirements
  • In line with Brand Protection policies drive stock disposal (resell, donate, recycle and destroy)

The Person

- Good Excel, numerical skills and administration skills needed

- SAP an advantage.

- Experience in supply chain

- Experience or interest in fashion

- Excellent communication in written and spoken English

- Italian fluency would be a big plus!

- You should be immediately available
