Who you'll be working for:

International airline based in London requires a Japanese Speaking Senior VIP Desk Agent

What you'll be doing each day:

Provide comprehensive, courteous and top quality service to VIP clients and customers of the company.

To attend the client of Senior Vice President, at the airport and accompany him for sales calls in the UK.

You will be working in a new and small team to promote and expand our presence in the industry; therefore, proactive and voluntary attention to details are required. At Heathrow Airport

o         Arrange and attend the arrival and departure of Senior Vice President's clients.

o         Arrange and attend the arrival and departure of PROM clients

o         Answer their queries and attend luggage if necessary.

o         Create, change, cancel their bookings.

o         Courtesy service including family service At Office - Client sales calls

o         Identify sales opportunity for Senior Vice President.

o         Accompany Senior Vice President for their sales calls.

o         Conduct sales calls on behalf of Senior Vice President.

The skills you need to succeed:

o         Fluent Japanese and English; writing, reading and speaking

o         Computer literate - MS office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

o         Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality when handling VIP clients' information and that of senior managements'.

o         Customer oriented, quick thinking and displays initiative.

o         Team Player

o         Communication skills both oral and written

o         Time management skills

o         Able to work under pressure
