What you'll be doing each day:

Voice Business billing and settlement:

  • Assisting voice business swap process, destination and hub maintenance
  • Preparing Customer/supplier accounts statements and netting proposals
  • Updating vendors’ information in PA system
  • Updating customer’s information in Billing system
  • Chasing overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales
  • Allocating customer payments and reconciling accounts with Customer/supplier
  • Preparing monthly Cash-flow statements for voice business unit
  • Reconciling Accounts receivable and Accounts payable in SAP

Related party’s billing and settlement:

  • Crosschecking related party’s invoices against company cost records
  • Analysing A-end, B-end, C-end circuits information to investigate discrepancy in related party’s invoices
  • Liaising with internal pricing managers, business managers and project manager to correct billing errors due to wrong information in BSS
  • Answering and following up any enquires or disputes raised by related parties

The skills you need to succeed:

  • Good command of English and Chinese reading, writing skills (ability to communicate in Mandarin is a MUST)
  • Maintaining Related party account information in VIP CRM, MSS, BSS and Billing system
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Administration/Finance/Accountancy
  • Experience in credit control and bookkeeping
  • Ability to analyse and process mass data
  • Experience in dealing with Chinese, middle-eastern, eastern-European customers.
  • Experience in telecommunication business including knowledge of circuit solution, quotation, procurement management, voice and carrier business
  • Experience in Sage, SAP, VIP CRM system, VPM system
  • Advance Microsoft office Package skills, especially advance Excel, Access, skills, pivot table, Vlookup, what-if analysis
  • Strong written and communication skills with internal and external parties
  • Ability to work towards tight deadline under high pressure
