Who you'll be working for: Global IT company is seeking a Japanese speaking Server Engineer.

What you'll be doing each day:
" Strong technical skills, including system design and consultation skills for Windows/Unix Servers, Virtual server and managed service
" Installation & support experience, with Hibun, i-Filter and JP1
" Work with group companies and partners
" Knowledge and substantial implementation skills for Windows Servers, Exchange Server, Hyper-V, Unix and XenApp
" Work as a pre-sales engineer and create proposals, quotations and presentations for customers
" Negotiation with customers regarding troubleshooting
" Negotiation, surveying and investigation with customers regarding new projects, products and licenses (VMWare,
" Xen, or VM licenses) 
" 2nd and 3rd line support skills for the customer's equipment (Server, managed & Cloud services)
" Training skills to share knowledge with team members, regarding new service design, maintenance and support of systems and ensuring total customer satisfaction
" On call cover for 24 hours as 2nd and 3rd line support.
" Ad-hoc requests from line manager or director

" Wide knowledge and proficiency in Windows / Unix Server / Virtualization solution for end customer
" Design and implementation skill for Windows & Unix server, Cloud Service, Managed Service and new service system.
" Basic knowledge, skills and experience in Server & Storage Hardware and Network
" Professional approach and strong team worker
" Excellent communication, reporting skills and design and documentation skills
" Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
" Ability to investigate and source answers to various email and telephony enquiries about technical issues
" Strong time management/multi-tasking & organisational skills
" Proven customer service experience
" Strong work ethic
