Who you will be working for:
A leading international bank in the City of London.
What You Will Be Doing:
Assisting with and administering the day to day functions of Staff expense claims and cash advance, etc.
Your Essential Daily Responsibilities:
• Staff Expenses Claims - Checking, Coding, Producing payment entry vouchers
• Company Credit Cards - Checking, Coding, Producing payment entry vouchers
• Staff Expenses Claims Reimbursements via internet banking
• Staff Season Tickets Loans – internet banking and filing
• Issue cheques when necessary
• Cash Advances for staff on business purpose, Producing A/R vouchers, and Reverses later
• Giving advices on expenses/cash advances/payments on behalf of other branches or clients etc.
• Producing daily FMS/GL entry
• Filing & Recording
• Ad hoc & back up the team work
• Rotation work to supplier payment team
The Skills You Need To Succeed:
Accounts related experience and / or relevant professional qualifications
Microsoft skills (Excel)
