Hours: 40 hours per week, to work such shifts/ evening/ weekend

Who you'll be working for:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of London's most exclusive and high end casino as a Mandarin speaking Receptionist.
The main responsibility of this crucial role is the meeting greeting of members, their guests and other members of the public courteously and efficiently. 
What you'll be doing each day:
The job holder must get to know all members by name and understand their personal preferences so that a personal warm welcome is given to them every time they visit the Club. The Receptionist is often the first and last contact members have with the Club during a visit and they must make the member feel that they have been welcome and will be inclined to come back because of a warm and professional atmosphere.
The members club is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
o Deal with all applications from prospective members. This duty involves the inputting of and subsequent up-dating when necessary of membership details into the computer.
o Behaving courteously and efficiently with arriving and departing members, their guests and other members of the public.
o Book hotel accommodation, flights and theatre tickets for members.
o Arrange cars and liaise with front door.
o Receive calls and other communications to the Club.
o Maintenance of relevant stationery stocks.
o Ensuring strict adherence to the requirements of gaming legislation and money laundering codes.
o Takes responsibility for following through on member/ customer requests/ problems/needs
o Maintains the professional image of company
o Identifies how to give outstanding service, from the member's perspective
o Identifies specific requirements of members/customers and provide appropriate solutions
o Willing to listen, let people speak without necessary interruption
o Involves colleagues appropriately in all activities that affect them
o Accepts that others have different team roles and contribute in different ways
o Build and maintains constructive working relationships with other teams and groups
Note: In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform such other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.
The skills you need to succeed:
" The successful candidate must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills as well as a positive outlook and genuine enthusiasm.
" Fluency in English and mother tongue standard Mandarin
" Has ability to forward plan and work in a team, being tenacious in fulfilling customers' needs and able to track down scarce requests efficiently and quickly.
" Previous Casino experience is ideal
" Computer literacy.
" Show determination and tenacity when facing problems, does not give up easily
" Proactive, acts quickly to address current problems
" Resourceful, finds different ways around obstacles
