The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Market Manager, the Commercial Project Manager is accountable for supporting the sales efforts in the assigned region while maximizing the exceptional service the company's clients have come to expect from their brand.

Responsibilities

-          Directly assist in responding to client inquires in a timely and professional manner

-          Support the Market Manager in sales / marketing efforts

-          Sales call preparation including samples, marketing materials, gifts, etc

-          Project specification creation

-          Respond to client calls and follow up with others in the department

-          Point of contact for all pricing, working directly with Market Managers

-          Work with inventory management to facilitate discounts on large orders

-          Work with commercial services to determine product availability for projects

-          Continue to assist Market Managers in finalizing specifications to close projects

-          Prepare spec books, including installation instructions and product care and maintenance

-          Continue to service committed projects once specifications are finalized

-          Enter orders in system and manage projects through installation

-          Be present at building site upon product arrival when needed

-          Ensure product delivery is on time and in line with the brand expectations

The Person

-          University degree

-          Experience in construction/commercial building industry

-          Solid project management skills

-          Strong written and verbal communication skills

-          Strong organization and prioritization skills

-          High attention to detail and strong follow-through

-          Strong trouble shooting and solution oriented mind-set

-          Strong customer service skills

-          Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel

-          Ability to learn new systems easily
