To ensure the smooth flow of goods, documentation and information to International Wholesale and Franchise partners. The candidate will be expected to remotely oversee the daily documentation activity being carried out in Leeds whilst ensuring that Partner requirements are met and any issues are resolved in a professional and efficient manner.

-        Overall management of the International operation covering Franchise and Wholesale arrangements, including remote management of the team with regular travel to the Leeds office

-        Ensuring that daily, weekly and monthly documentation and reporting deadlines are met

-        Managing the stock on hold process alongside the International Finance team

-        Creating new, and maintaining existing shipment schedules for use by DCs, Brands, Partners and freight forwarders to cover UK and International holidays

-        Maintaining SOPs, guidelines and training documents

-        Schedule regular research to ensure that internal processes are up to date

-        Participating in regular operational review meetings with DCs, Brands, Partners and freight forwarders

-        Providing proactive operational direction to the business in order to ensure efficient running of the supply chain

-        Training on the other Export operations (Wholesale/Franchise/USA /Shopfit) to provide support and cover

-        Supporting the business with promotional activity and global launches for franchise & wholesale

-        Maintaining up to date knowledge of export legislation and changes to the harmonized tariff

-        Acting as point of escalation for any issues that the Assistants are unable to resolve

-        Supporting International and partners with changes to requirements following amendments to local legislation

-        Suggesting system and process enhancements and following through to delivery

-        Supporting the Wholesale and Franchise operations as required

The Person

-        Export & supply chain experience, with an understanding of product classification for customs and export documentation

-        Strong communication skills - both verbal and written

-        Working knowledge of MS Office

-        Numerate with strong analytical skills

-        Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

-        An adaptable individual with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

-        Confident individual with the ability to liaise at senior levels

-        Able to travel to the company office in Leeds once a month
