Skills:        Fluent Mandarin, recent/fresh graduate in a science/analytical subject, eg. maths, physics, chemistry, computer science etc

working hours- night shift

Your role:

This role will hold a key position with specific responsibility for the company’s production technology systems, client on-boarding and supporting the QA testing team to enable new products.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Provide first line support to international customers.

Proactively contact clients to develop relationships and to ascertain service satisfaction.

Up-sell services and gather intelligence about the client

Create a knowledge base to mitigate second line escalations.

Work with implementation teams to ensure that pre-production checks/tests are met

Work with the QA team to assist with Quality Assurance issues

Work closely internally to ensure all customer set up issues are dealt with to ensure smooth transition.

Deal with service issues and work to achieve a speedy and positive outcome.

Maintain the reputation for high-quality service support and delivery.

Your Knowledge & Key Skills:

Business level, written and spoken, Mandarin and English skills essential.

Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure and able to positively direct customers, colleagues and service partners when resolving service issues.

Team player in multi-disciplined environment.

Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial approach.

Passionate about quality and ‘getting it right’.

Willing to pursue a problem through to root cause identification.

Attention to detail.

Balanced individual able to critically appraise own strengths and weaknesses.

Flexible attitude and willingness to work alternative shift pattern should that be necessary (especially during training period).

If possible, support experience of services in a financial /technical environment.

A good technical background.  Ideally, but not essential with database/SQL experience SWIFT, XML, messaging authentication/ certification techniques, etc.
