Working hours: Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm
Who You'll Be Working for:
World class luxury watch manufacturer.
What You'll be Doing Each Day:
1: Import/Export management
·Provide clear and accurate clearance instructions for any import including returning repairs.
·Accurately compile sets of Export documents to show complete and compliant flows.
·Apply for CITES as and when required depending on flow, resolve issues to ensure deadlines are met and flows fully compliant.
·Ensure ATA Carnet shipments are accurately logged in Carnet tracker and ensuring return of stock and ATA Carnet document is organised before expiry date.
2: Retail Logistics
·Provide logistics support and organise export sales, Merchandise in Baggage shipments, Inter Boutique Transfers, stock returns, Hallmarking and Repairs from Retail Customer Service to Private Client.
·Saturday and Christmas cover required to ensure logistics services are available when needed by Retail.
3: Wholesale Logistics
·Provide logistics support and organise shipments for staff sales, consignments, returns to Manufacturer, Boutique to Wholesaler/Wholesaler to Boutique transfers, furniture/PLV (domestic as well as International) and onwards shipping to events abroad.
4: Domestic Logistics
·Provide logistics support and organise transport for events, photo shoots, Customer Service repairs (VIP) and ad hoc collections.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
·Logistics experience required, preferably in high value transport and import/export process.
·Excellent knowledge of transport regulations (air, road, sea) and international transport procedures (CITES, Customs,Tax) essential.
·Willing to carry out some physical work such as packing boxes.
·Open minded regarding projects and changes.
·Ideally educated in Logistics/Transport management or equivalent level of work experience.
·Computer Literate, SAP experience and Excel a benefit.
