Your New Job Title:  Office Assistant (Financial Institution)
Your New Salary:  Highly Competitive depending on experience
Status: This is eventually a permanent position but you will start as 6 months temporary due to company policy. You would be able to transfer to permanent employee depending on satisfactory performance
Location:  Central London

What you'll be doing each day:

The duties and responsibilities the successful candidate is going to take this job include, but not limit to:

·Handle reception work in a professional manner, such as processing calls, managing meeting rooms, settling visitor logistics etc.
·Order and maintain all office supplies, stationery and drink supplies and take care of office pantries and copyrooms;
·Arrange post, courier and office newspaper/magazine subscription;
·Work with daily office suppliers and monitor their service, such as that for cleaning, plants, courier, stationary etc.
·Manage office repair and maintenance of pantry and copyroom equipments; back up other Admin colleagues for general office maintenance work;
·Provide secretarial support to business department such as diary and contacts management of IB department, travel arrangement, restaurant booking, meeting logistics, expense claims, document printings & bindings etc.
·Providing office administrative support in the areas of procurement, report preparation and staff communication, when necessary;
·Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

The skills you need to succeed:

·Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
·Good experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint
·Excellent spoken and written English. Mandarin would be a bonus
·Good communication and problem-solving skill
·Professional mannerism and proactive working attitude;
·Ability to manage and prioritize assignments under pressure
·Familiarity with the financial services industry would be a plus
