Your new Job Title: Supply Chain Master Data Manager
Salary: up to £50k plus excellent company benefits including a bonus/cash allowance
The purpose of this role is to build improved analytic capabilities that drive visibility, insights and decision-making related to demand, supply and inventory. You will support the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning) process with the required reporting and analysis. You will ensure data integrity across various systems, you will aso have two direct reports, 1 Analyst and 1 Coordinator in this role.
Your main responsibilities:
·Analysis & Reporting: Work with business stakeholders to develop reporting and tools from Cognos and other sources. Draw conclusions and provide insights and recommendations for improvement or actions
·Drive for improvements: Identify business process gaps and drive for change. Participate in or lead projects to change or improve performance.
·Master Data Management: Set out frameworks and quality processes to drive for optimal data accuracy, availability and integrity
·Develop organizational capabilities: Set out a strategic roadmap to support the business; coach and develop own and other teams
The Skills you need to be successful:
·Ideally held a Supply Chain or Business Analysis role
·Supply-Chain or Logistics background is a plus
·Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant area is preferable
·Strong communication skills, both written and verbally, across different cultures and levels
·Advanced/expert proficiency with Excel
·Experience in managing a team
·Flexible as some limited travel may be required
