Your New Job Title:                  CMS Customer Support – Japanese speaker

The Skills You'll Need:              Japanese, KYC, Cash Management, customer support, corporate bank

Your New Salary:                    max £35,000.

Location:                              London, The City

Job status:                            This is maternity cover role, the contract will be up to 12 months

Start date:                            beginning of January 2019

Core hours:                            09:00-17:00

Who You'll Be Working for:

International bank. You will provide customers with quality support on dealing and various banking products and to respond to any enquiries including cash management system.  To support account managers with data & information management requirements.

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

  • To provide a customer dealing service                                                                          
  • Data input and processing
  • Data and information management, including the sorting and filing of documentation
  • Providing management information, such as record data or market data in relation to the customer dealings, as required.
  • Know Your Customer practices for anti-money laundering
  • To provide cover in colleagues’ absence
  • Ad hoc duties as allocated by the Head of Customer Support
  • To support Middle Office Administration
  • To support global cash management system

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Japanese and English
  • Previous experience in the Banking Industry – Desirable
  • Ensures accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role
  • Works in line with internal and external procedures and regulations
  • Delivers excellent customer service and takes personal responsibility for resolving customer related matters.
  • Works co-operatively and productively with others, making a full contribution to successful team performance
  • Takes ownership and responsibility
  • Is proactive in identifying ways to develop the role and improve processes
  • Good organisational and time management skills
