Your New Job Title:                Japanese speaking Secretary /Office Administrator

The Skills You'll Need:            Administration/ secretary/ team secretary/ team administrator/ legal                                               admin/ Japanese

Your New Salary:                    GBP 11-14 per hour (Equivalent of GBP 20,000-25,000)

Location:                              The City, London

Job status:                            Temporary - ongoing

Start date:                            ASAP

Working hours:                      35 hours/week

Who You'll Be Working for:

International financial institution in the City requires a Japanese speaking Office Administrator/ Secretary.

What you'll be doing each day:

  • Procurement and maintenance of larger goods and services, including relevant internal application procedure, making contracts, and corresponding with the providers
  • Reception of visitors (incl. tea serving) and telephone
  • To produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
  • Office administration including, filing of volume of documents, and procurement of office equipment and supplies
  • Communication with internal members in Tokyo Head Office on arrangement for their business trips and arrange expense statements
  • Liaising with colleagues and ad hoc (third party) support for executive on projects as requested
  • Miscellaneous jobs as and when required, by management, for the operations of company, including accounting support.

The skills you need to succeed:

  • Highly fluent English and native level Japanese
  • PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Communication skills both in English and Japanese
  • Previous experience working as accounting secretary
