Our client a Major FMCG company are looking for a Customer Service Operations Analyst to join the company on a temporary basis.
Your main responsibility will be to provide a key interface between the Company and our key External Customers, being a member of a multi-skilled team responsible for resolving issues relating to order receipt through to delivery for both Customers and Sales.
You will be a key influencer in Customer’s Satisfaction of the company’s service and have total accountability their key results and have an active role in helping deliver some results owned by other organisations. You will also help ensure successful delivery of new initiatives, large promotions and logistical projects. Please note this role will require you to cover bank holidays on a rota basis.
Essential skills required to be successful in this role:
·MS skills including Outlook, MS Excel etc
·String Administration skills
·Excellent Customer Service skills
