Who You'll Be Working for: Our client is a well-established and fast expanding bank

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

As an Event Manager, you should be a highly target driven individual who possesses excellent communication, interpersonal skills and preferably have event/conference management experience or worked within service industry. This position provides an exciting opportunity for working within a fast-growing team to cover a broad area of duties. In the role of the Event Manager, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Private Banking Department to achieve departmental objectives;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all third-party services and event agencies;
  • Assist in agency access permission related issues;
  • Design and plan customer related events;
  • Follow up the whole process of event/project and liaise with agencies during the events;
  • Post event evaluation coordinate the feedback report and event summaries;
  • Liaise with IT Department to implement applications for customer services;
  • Any ad hoc tasks when required.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • A bachelor’s degree or above;
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese mandarin (Spoken & Written);
  • Solid experience in events planning;
  • Fast-learning and innovative;
  • Problem solving and an eye for detail;
  • Excellent communicating, negotiating and organising skills;
  • Deadline driven and abilities to work under pressure and multitasks;
  • Extensive knowledge of hotels, restaurants and events in the UK is desirable.
