What you'll be doing each day: You will be the first point of contact between the Site and the Company regarding new processes, initiates and services.

Stores and Company HQ

  • MaNaging and responsible for all vendors through the 4PL Model
  • Provide reports and additional information as requested as per Company’s Financial Calendar
  • Ensure the Company’s Health & Safety policies are adhered to and that all operational legislative requirements are fulfilled at all times
  • Develop strong management capability through effective performance management, coaching, mentoring and development of teams and individuals. Team of 6-7 people (up to 25-30 in peak season)
  • Develop robust resourcing and succession plans
  • Ensure that all emails are answered to in a timely manner

Alteration Room, Warehouse, QC and Site In General

  • Recruit and train additional staff
  • Propose new ways of working to the client to increase productivity/efficiency
  • Provide the cost and ask for approval of all additional costings
  • Accountable for ensuring excellent team communication
  • Follow up all store complaints/questions that are answered by the Workshop Manager according to the Company SLA
  • Ensure that the Workshop Manager is able to provide figure/numbers when required
  • Initiate lean ways of working within the alteration room – In terms of operational aspects.
  • Ensure that any issues regarding technical aspects are reported to the Workshop manager/Alterations Business Partner to provide an investigation follow up
  • Provide and Ensure KPI’s are align with the contact of the Company – Both Warehouse and Alterations


The skills you need to succeed:

  • Strong team management experience
  • Multi-sites/stores distribution experience
  • Experience in fashion or luxury goods
  • Experience working according to KPIs
  • Health and Safety certification is preferable
  • IT literate (Microsoft Excel, SAP)
  • Strong communication skills
