The purpose of this role:
To ensure the accuracy and integrity of wholesale customer orders and actively participate in their lifecycle from order receipt to dispatch of goods. Being the first point of contact for internal and external customers and always providing the highest level of service and support to a region.
What you'll be doing each day:
Account management and customer relationships
Be the point of contact for operations including after sales
Participate in customer meetings
Run, interpret and act on customer reports
Manage stock for store openings and events
Prioritise deliveries, chase late deliveries
Payment plans in collaboration with the credit team
Outbound delivery creation
Returns and stock swaps
The Skills you'll need each day:
Good Excel, numerical skills and administration skills needed
SAP experience vital
Customer service skills
Work well under pressure
