Your New Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Your New Hourly rate:  up to £12.11 then increasing to £12.96 after 12 weeks

Status: Long term assignment until Jan 2019

Start date: Immediately

Location: Egham, Surrey


Who you'll be working for:  Our client is looking for someone to work be the contact person for the receipt of complaints from Qualified People in the Healthcare market.

What you'll be doing each day:

  • You will Interact with the Company's Complaints Management Organisation to provide timely responses to complaints
  • Close partnering with R&D to ensure that valuable data from the complaints systems/ trending data is made available in a useful format
  • Maintenance of scorecards for the department

The skills you need to succeed:

  • Strong Admin skills
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of working within a team is essential
  • Comfortable working in a fast moving environment
  • Attention to detail is required
