Who you'll be working for:

Japanese automotive related company is looking for an Office Administrator.

What you'll be doing each day:

  • Office administration to include detailed data entry, invoice processing, various filing, maintenance of office supplies, etc.
  • Responding to emails as directed.
  • Organising documentation.
  • Opening; sorting; franking and dispatch of mail.
  • Communicating with external agencies and companies by email and telephone.

The skills you need to succeed:

  • Hard working, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Accurate data entry.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work to deadlines.
  • Able to follow instructions.
  • Experience of Microsoft packages (Excel).
  • Accounting experience is desirable.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal along with a confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and able to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to work within a team and be flexible.
  • Customer focus - to provide a high level of customer service, representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
