Your New Job Title:  Mandarin Speaking Receptionist & HR Assistant


Your New Salary:  £21-25k depending on experience


Status: Permanent


Location: Central London



To cover receptionist on daily basis. Managing office administration and human resources.

What you'll be doing each day:

1. Duties concerning HR

  • Dealing with starters and leavers
  • Record HR files, Holidays for each staff
  • Update company HR documents and policies if necessary
  • Dealing with the tasks HR Manager assigned

2. Duties concerning Administration

  • Organizing staff party
  • Dealing with office supplies/maintenance
  • Arrangements of visa/hotel/flight for staff and clients
  • Dealing with archive of company documents

3. Duties concerning Receptionist

  • Answering phone calls and forwarding to the relevant person/department.
  • Taking and passing on messages.
  • Dealing with incoming/outgoing emails and post
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and offering beverages.
  • Booking and preparing meetings

The skills you need to succeed:

  • Degree at Higher Education.
  • Fluent English in writing and speaking
  • Strong previous receptionist, HR & Admin experience.
  • Preferred with Payroll experience.
  • Familiar with UK office and staff management
  • Chinese would be an advantage but not essential
