Your New (or Next) Salary: £40,625 + Incentive Range (£5,775 – £8,125 Depending on your and company’s performance) + benefits.

What you'll be doing each day:
The Senior Associate position provides a critical link between customers, sales, business development and management. It requires that one be a self-starter, able to work as part of a team and willing to assist with all of the day-to-day operations inherent to a rapidly growing organization.
·Proactively service and support contractor/supplier clients
·Conduct advanced training on products via phone, web based and face-to-face meetings
·Participate in the implementation of sales and marketing projects
·Field incoming calls, handle contractor customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems
·Handle client account management functions, including invoicing and collections
·Proactively analyse processes and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement
·All employees have a professional duty to provide any information related to security issues, incidents or situations that present a potential security risk to the Team
·Research and develop various resources and reference documents for clients
·20 – 50% travel for customer meetings
·Other tasks and projects as directed by supervisor
The skills you need to succeed:
·Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
·Strong experience in a sales or customer service position
·Master the contractor/supplier functionality
·Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications
·Solid verbal and written communication skills
·Proficient presentation skills
·Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
·Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
·Excellent customer service orientation
·Desire to assume increasing levels of leadership responsibility
·Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
·Willing to travel for business
·Attention to detail
·References must be provided upon request
