Who you'll be working for:

Worldwide airline company is looking for Japanese speaking Passenger Services Agent to work in the Cabin Crew department and Passenger Services department at the Heathrow Airport. Japanese language is mandatory for this role.

What you'll be doing each day:

  1. Scheduling:
  • Cabin crew member schedule management
  • Support of Daily operation
  • Manning Statistics

2) Line Management:

  • Personal Data Management
  • Uniform Control
  • Manual Control
  • Health Medical control
  • ID/Passport /Cleaning Coupon control
  • Commendation

  1. Passenger services handling

The skills you need to succeed:

 

  • Native level of Japanese and business level English
  • Having a step forward approach to customer service, to greet, help and reassure passengers to the highest level while handling any pertaining questions related to flight handling
  • Computer literate (MS Word and Excel)
  • Able to demonstrate a flexible and positive attitude, attain excellent customer service skills and to communicate well at all organisational levels
  • Close attention to detail as there is important documents and booking aspects involved
  • Time management skills
