・カスタマーサービス業務、在庫管理、その他スタッフの教育
・クライアントとコンタクトをとる
・顧客からのクレーム処理

Your New Job Title:                    Shop Assistant Manager - Japanese speaker

Your New Salary:                      £18,000 – 23,000

The Skills you'll need each day:    Customer service, stock control, Japanese

Who you'll be working for:          You will be working for an oriental food shop.

What you'll be doing each day:

  • You will be the first point of contact for customers entering our store.
  • Greet customers upon their arrival at the store, be involved in stock control as well as serving and assisting shoppers in finding the products they require.
  • Assist the Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
  • Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory
  • Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
  • Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
  • Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
  • Handle complaints from customers
  • Act as our store’s representative and set an example for our staff

The skills you need to succeed:

  • Excellent communication skills both in Japanese and English.
  • You will have exceptional customer service experience.
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar position
  • Familiarity with customer service principles
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
