Who you'll be working for:
International company, head quarter is in Japan, is looking for an efficient administrator to work in the Accounting team in their Budapest, Hungary Branch.  You will be responsible for finance and accounting reporting, general administration and support to managers.

What you'll be doing each day:

• Administration for incoming and outgoing invoices
• Collecting documents required by the bookkeeper and for authorities
• Arranging remittance order applications and monitoring bank accounts, issuing petty cash evidence
• Advance payment and reimbursement of business trip or other expenses
• Checking monthly VAT list and other Tax calculations from Accounting Service Provider
• Planning, monitoring Expenses and Cash-flow and related documentations including cash flow calculations
• Timesheet control and contact with payroll outsourcing company for smooth payroll procedures
• Checking and compiling all the necessary data for and then preparing in due course of time of the Monthly Financial Statements and Expenses Report
• Preparation of management accounts for the information of the management
• Reporting the necessary data adjustments for, as well as preparing of the quarterly consolidated account including uploading on the internal system
• Internal reporting within the group of companies, provision of information on the financial and cash position, activities and performance to HQs
• Issuing invoices
• Purchase, disposal and inventory check of fixed assets and its control
• Providing -upon demand- advice to the management on Human Resource Management (e.g. employment) from accounting perspective (e.g. taxes, social security, pension) in collaboration with Accounting Service Provider
• Correspondence regarding Audit (conduct pre-audit any year-end audit) and supporting for the preparation of transfer pricing documentation
• Updating tax, company law changes in the Law List and Advise the Management accordingly periodically
• Ensuring compliance with Japanese tax laws, liaising with, and reporting to the Japanese tax authority tax issues (i.e. financial data, performance and other relevant matters of BUD) as required by the laws of Japan
• General administration tasks, review company car insurance and general business insurance for BUD, car fleet management with BUD driver, backup secretarial works, petty cash handling

The skills you need to succeed:
