Summary of your new job:
The role encompasses both operational HR and projects and depending on business issues will span across: change management, employee relations, learning & development, reward and resourcing.
What you'll be doing each day:
" Accountable for advising and guiding across the full spectrum of generalist HR
" Responsible for managing and developing relationships with key stakeholders, and ultimately delivering a best practice HR service
" Ensuring all people related policies and best practices are adhered to and maintained throughout the organisation
" Capturing and managing all personnel data within EMEA
" Recruitment and on-boarding within EMEA
" Employee inductions
" Compensation and benefits scheme implementation and management
" Delivering performance management
" Advise on succession planning and talent management as well as coaching
" Support directors with all aspects of employee relations to include advice, guidance and coaching
" EMEA working visas management
" EMEA employment contracts drafting and management
The skills you need to succeed:
" CIPD qualified preferred
" Degree holder of HRM or Business Management related majors
" At least 5 years proven track record of delivering HR within a complex, commercial, past-pacing and challenging business environment in private sector
