Working Hours:09:00-17:00 (Mon - Fri)

Salary:  £18K per annum

A global luxury brand is seeking an Office Administrator to support their operation.

-Administrative support including answering the telephone, taking messages
-Data entry, record keeping, filing and archiving documents
-Assisting bookkeeping and trademark management
-Ad-hoc duties that may be required

-Previous experience in administration in UK is a plus.
-Mother tongue level English
-Japanese language skill is a plus but not essential
-Flexible and adaptable person.
-Good IT skills: Microsoft word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint
