- 受注管理:EDIなどの顧客指定のシステムまたは紙面での受注
- 発注管理:顧客からの受注、在庫状況などを考慮し発注
- 入出荷管理:UKの外注倉庫の入庫(倉庫在庫)の把握、顧客注文に基づく出荷手配
- 在庫管理:倉庫在庫の管理(システム上で)
- 営業との連携:新製品の立ち上げなどでサンプル手配や納期管理など
- その他事務業務

Responsibilities:

-          Receive inquiry/contact supplier

-          Purchasing - Contacting Suppliers for price quotes, price negotiation, following up orders, delivery schedules

-          Sales - Handling inquiries, contacting suppliers, gathering/comparing freight costs, calculate sales prices, make offers to customer and price negotiation

-          Documentation - Inputs in in-house system, issuing documents, receiving & sending documents and checking document accuracy.

-          Shipping documents / Payments to Supplier / Insurances

-          Accounting & Administrative - Payment requests, accounts receivable, new credit applications, filling various forms for registrations

-          Stock control & Inventory Management

The Person:

-          Fluent both Japanese and English are a must have for this role

-          Experience in a similar role

-          Good knowledge of international trading terms

-          Intermediate to advanced level of Excel

-          Professional, polite and flexible attitude

-          Must have a keen eye for detail

          Experience in automotive, trading, manufacturing is advantageous.
