Location: North London
o Plan and be responsible for the subscription renewal strategy along with RSM/FSR
o Produce customer / prospect sales reports
o Monitor account and trial usage
o Liaise with Sales Support Manager for renewal and invoicing of existing subscriptions
o Attend conferences and training programmes
o Liaise with senior managers to achieve targets and look for new opportunities
o Help and support customers in all aspects of operations
o Act as a client 'trainer'
o Microsoft Office skills
o Experience in client sales/account management environment
o Ability to be proactive and reactive to sales opportunities
o Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service focus
o Fluent in English to mother tongue level.
