Job Title: NORWEGIAN or SWEDISH speaking Inside sales/Account management Executive
Skills: Fluency in, NORWEGIAN or SWEDISH, client support / account management experience, Sales, IT products..etc.
Location: North London
• Plan and be responsible for the subscription renewal strategy along with RSM/FSR
• Produce customer / prospect sales reports
• Monitor account and trial usage
• Liaise with Sales Support Manager for renewal and invoicing of existing subscriptions
• Attend conferences and training programmes
• Liaise with senior managers to achieve targets and look for new opportunities
• Help and support customers in all aspects of operations
• Act as a client ‘trainer’
• Microsoft Office skills
• Experience in client sales/account management environment
• Ability to be proactive and reactive to sales opportunities
• Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service focus
• Fluent in a Scandinavian language.
